First of all I would like to thank everyone for their support during the year.

It has been a pleasure working with all of the WCR members, especially those chapters that I governed this year. I, like most everyone, am especially proud of our newest chapter, the Long Beach-South Bay chapter. They have finally evolved and have soared to new heights. Hats off to all of the members! There is also a special place in my heart for the Southwest Los Angeles Chapter which has also grown this year. They have done very well with their fundraisers and have been involved in many WCR events this year.

The LA-Orange County Line Chapter has also had a great year. I have visited them on several occasions and have always felt welcome and a sense of pride. It was a wonderful opportunity to work with the WCR state leadership. I would like to wish all of our members a successful and prosperous new year. The most important part of this position is the opportunity to meet and establish relationships with so many Realtors and affiliates, and I look forward to working with all WCR members as a National Governor in 2002.
