National President Ann DeFries is a REALTOR® and sales manager with Balistreri Realty in Boca Raton, serving the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. Ann has been a member of the North Broward WCR Chapter since 1996 and served as the Florida State Chapter President in 2000 and two years as national governor. She has chaired the national committees of Leadership Development, Chapter Effectiveness, Communications, Publications, Finance and Budget and Bylaws.
She serves on the national committees of Executive, Finance and Budget and Bylaws and has been a faculty member of WCR's Leadership Academy for six years. She has been a Women’s Council workshop facilitator and was a State Orientation trainer. Ann was honored by WCR's Florida State Chapter as 2002 Member of the Year and 2002 Mentor of the Year.
Active in the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Ann served as 2005 President of the 13,000-member organization. She has served since 1998 as a Florida Association of REALTORS® Director and as a National Association of REALTORS® Director. In 2006 she was named the REALTOR® of the Year by the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
Ann was born and raised in Lima, Ohio, and has been married to her husband Larry for 25 years. They are the proud parents of daughter Laura, who is a student at the University of South Florida.

Becky Hill is a Broker-Associate for Keller Williams Realty and has more than 25 years of experience in real estate sales and management. Becky and her business partner owned and operated the second location for Keller Williams Realty in the greater Houston area for 14 years before selling the company in 2005. She has served as the Assistant Chair for the Keller Williams Realty International Associate Leadership Council since 1997 and is consistently recognized as one of the top associates in her office, where she has twice received its Eagle Award.
During 2005-06, Becky served as a TREPAC Trustee for the Houston and Texas Associations of REALTORS® and will be serving again in 2007. In addition to her sales activities and volunteer work, Becky is a guest instructor for Champions School of Real Estate in their pre-licensing, ethics, legal, ABR and PMN designation courses. A member of Women's Council for more than 15 years, Becky chaired various committees and held positions at the local and state level before first becoming the regional vice president for Region 9 in 2004. Additionally, Becky was a State Orientation facilitator and has served as a faculty member for WCR’s Leadership Academy.
Born in Southwest Virginia, Becky moved to Texas in 1970. She has one brother and three sisters and currently shares her home with a Lab-Terrier mix, Lady Bug. When she has free time, Becky enjoys theater, gardening, golf, fishing, walking on the beach and reading.

Deborah Gilmore specializes in residential sales with Jenny Pruitt & Associates REALTORS®, serving the Atlanta and Marietta, GA, areas. She has been practicing real estate for 16 years and has been a Women's Council member since 1991. A member of the Cobb County Chapter, Deborah has served as local and state chapter president, two years as governor and 2003 regional vice president. She has been consistently involved with her local association, Cobb Association of REALTORS®, having the opportunity to serve as director, three years as education chair and 2002 president, and she was honored as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year.
Deborah was instrumental in establishing her local association as one of four schools licensed in the state to provided REBAC/NAR courses. She also had the opportunity to serve on the Marietta City Council’s Panel on Affordable Housing. Nationally, Deborah has served on the Women's Council committees of Executive, Chapter Effectiveness, Business Trends & Issues, Finance & Budget, Leadership Development and Chapter Standards. She has served five times as an instructor for the Leadership Academy and has also served as a workshop facilitator and state orientation facilitator for Women's Council. Deborah teaches for REBAC and the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and is presently developing courses for her own school.
Deborah has a love of books and the arts, especially interior design. She is originally from Chicago, by way of Chattanooga, TN, and has been married to husband Tony for 31 years. Their son, Adrian, is a real estate attorney in Atlanta.

Margo Wheeler Willis is associate broker with Crescent Realty, Inc., specializing in residential and investment property sales in the Tacoma, WA, area. As a retired First Sergeant in the U.S. Army she also serves with expertise and pride relocating families in the Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base areas. A member of Women’s Council for 15 years, Margo has served in many capacities, including local chapter president of the Tacoma-Pierce County Chapter, state chapter president and regional vice president. In addition to instructing at the Leadership Academy and at Midyear Meeting learning labs, she has served on Women's Council's Executive, Strategic Planning and Bylaws Committees and in 2007 the President’s Special Committee on Governance. In 2005, Margo was named Washington State Chapter Member of the Year.
Margo is active in her local and state associations. She was the vice president of education for the Washington Association of REALTORS® and currently teaches the At Home with Diversity course. Margo was president of the Tacoma Pierce County Association of REALTORS® in 1999, honored as their REALTOR® of the Year in 2002 and is an Honor Society member. Margo’s community commitment has included serving on the Board of the Tacoma Partners in Homeownership and Helping Hands House. She also teaches state-certified Homebuyer Education Classes.
Margo has three married children, Samuel, Denise and Ezell. She was born in Philadelphia and has called Washington home since 1990. She is an entrepreneur, a proud grandmother and a passionate advocate for diversity and fair housing issues.
